Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns.  If your product was damaged or if  you received the wrong item we sincerely apologize and will be happy to replace it for you.

Please email us at knicholecandles@gmail.com with in 7 days of receiving your item, with a photo proof  of the damage/wrong item.
